3. Prohibited Content

Content that is strictly prohibited includes, but is not limited to:

  • Illegal Material: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and bestiality.
  • Sexual Violence: Rape or any other form of non-consensual sexual behavior.
  • Extreme Graphic Content: Extreme violence, mutilation, and dismemberment.
  • Graphic Bodily Waste: Scat, defecation, menstruation, or vomiting.

We may update or expand these prohibited categories to comply with legal requirements or the terms of our payment processors.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Users may purchase: 1) a monthly or annual subscription to access our services; or 2) non-recurring 7-days access to the service
  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but they will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Use

By using DesireHub, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Generate content that depicts non-consensual activities, minors, or any illegal material.
  • Attempt to bypass or exploit platform restrictions in any manner.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination

6. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee specific results from AI-generated content.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
